As a lifelong resident of Williamsburg and a full-service agent, I would love to share my experience about our wonderful community to make sure your next move is everything you have hoped for. My 31 years of award-winning sales has taught me to be a fierce advocate for my clients. I have done everything from corporate relocation to short sales and foreclosures to new homes and much in between! With more than 1030+ homes sold since 1995 I have the expertise to help you find the right home or assist you in marketing and selling your current home. I strive to provide quality service by being accessible, putting the client first, listening and being meticulous with the details. I possess the experience and tools needed to help you prepare your home for listing. Listing tools such as a pre-listing home inspection and appraisal, staging, professional photography, Matterport and digital marketing help to streamline the process. My husband Rick and I have been married for 46 years and have always lived in Williamsburg. We have a wonderful daughter, Stephanie, she and her husband Alex, who is in the Navy, live in Florida.
