I’m Marina Vatchenkova, a Realtor with Virginia Capital Realty, proudly serving Williamsburg and the surrounding Peninsula. With a background in economics and financial advising, I bring strong market insight, thoughtful guidance, and a client-first mindset to every transaction.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, I began my career as a financial adviser with Insurance company before transitioning into real estate after moving to the United States in 2012. Now proud to call Williamsburg home, I am inspired by this area’s history, charm, and strong sense of community and truly enjoy helping others find their place here.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to three amazing boys. Together, we love traveling the world, reading, and discovering new cultures and experiences. I believe these adventures keep us curious, open minded, and constantly learning - values I also bring into my work and relationships.
