This one-hour course provides a concise overview of broker management requirements in real estate. Topics include key regulatory definitions, licensing and renewal requirements, and broker supervision responsibilities. Participants will learn the fundamentals of setting up a firm, including hiring employees and independent contractors, along with best practices for managing and supervising them. The course also emphasizes leadership skills and strategies for leading a successful team office, including fostering a productive culture, supporting agent development, and promoting accountability and effective communication within the brokerage.
