This course focuses on the broker’s responsibility to supervise real estate licensees and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Designed for brokers and managing brokers, the class examines supervision requirements, risk management, agency oversight, and ethical responsibilities within a brokerage. 

Qualifies for 2-hour Broker Supervision or Related Subjects CE credit (C#28086)

The WAAR classroom is located upstairs to the left. Upon arrival, please sign in and collect a blue folder containing your class handout. We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to allow time for sign in and seating so the class can begin promptly.
