Welcome to New Member Orientation. This mandatory session is required for all new members and introduces the National, State, and local Williamsburg REALTOR® associations, along with the benefits available to you through each.

During this program, you will complete two required post licensing courses, Code of Ethics and Fair Housing. These courses are essential to your professional responsibilities and ethical practice and provide a strong foundation for serving clients, protecting the public, and upholding the standards of the real estate profession.

This course is open to all active WAAR Members and qualifies for 3-hour Ethics and 2-hour Fair Housing credit for PL, CE, or Broker Management CE and satisfies NAR’s Triennial education requirements. 

Please note that a 20 dollar no show fee will apply if a cancellation notice is not submitted in advance of the course date.
