This 1-hour course will give Virginia real estate licensees a practical working understanding of reverse mortgages, especially FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs), so they can recognize appropriate client situations, understand HECM for Purchase at a high level, avoid common misconceptions, and identify legitimate ways this financing can expand service to older homeowners, buyers, adult children, and referral partners.
