Instructions

Please complete all required sections of the application and upload the requested documentation, including a copy of your VREB-issued real estate license.

If you have been a member of National Association of REALTORS as a Realtor or Affiliate member in Virginia or any other state, you will have a NRDS number. You can search your NRDS number at nar.realtor or call the office to obtain that information. You do not want to create a duplicate ID number.

Applications will be reviewed upon submission. Membership is subject to verification of licensure and payment of applicable dues and fees. You will be notified once your application has been approved.

NOTE: If you are a branch manager, corporate officer, partner and/or principal/owner of a real estate company, do NOT use this form; complete the DESIGNATED REALTOR® | OFFICE Application Form.

WILLIAMSBURG REALTOR® MEMBER $729 Annually + $503.00 One-Time Fee + Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $325 - $729 Annually)

Primary Membership
This membership designates the applicant’s principal REALTOR® association. It serves as the member’s primary source for professional standards enforcement, governance participation, dues assessment and member benefits.
NOTE: Local, State and National Annual REALTOR® Dues are collected with this membership selection!

Secondary Membership
REALTORS® who already hold primary membership with another REALTOR® association and wish to access additional services and benefits through Williamsburg REALTORS®. Applicants must remain in good standing with their primary association and provide a current Letter of Good Standing as part of the application process.
NOTE: Annual WAAR Dues are ONLY collected with this membership selection!

WILLIAMSBURG MLS AGENT SUBSCRIPTION Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $183 - $237 Quarterly)

Access is provided to licensed real estate professionals or otherwise approved individuals in accordance with WMLS Rules and Regulations. Subscribers must comply with all MLS policies, including data use, security, and confidentiality requirements.
NOTE: Your Designated REALTOR® (Broker-In-Charge) is required to be a WMLS Participant.
