Brokerage Affiliation Form

I hereby register the above listed agent as an authorized WMLS user and SentriLock applicant under my supervision and as the principal or authorized managing  broker acknowledge and agree to the following:
WMLS TERMS

I am responsible for ensuring that the user complies with all WMLS Bylaws, Code of Conduct, and Rules and Regulations.

The WMLS Board reserves the right to deny or revoke services at any time. I am responsible for any outstanding fees associated with inactivated licensees.

The agent will continue to incur applicable fees until I formally cancel their registration or the WMLS Board revokes access.

Staff members who are not registered are prohibited from using WMLS services.

My firm will be responsible for any retroactive fees and penalties resulting from the use of WMLS services by non-registered individuals.

All licensees are required to subscribe to WMLS or submit a Waiver of Subscription Fees.

All users must complete a 3.5-hour training class within 60 days of registration.

SENTRILOCK 

I agree to enforce the terms of the SentriLock Agreement for the agent listed above and understand that disassociation does not relieve me of responsibility.

I will notify WMLS in writing if my relationship with the agent is terminated or if the agent’s license is transferred or returned to the licensing board.

I understand that I am jointly liable with the agent for all obligations under the SentriLock Agreement. Failure to comply may result in the loss of SentriKey privileges for both the agent and me.

I hereby certify that the agent listed above:

• Is an active subscriber to another MLS or CIE of which I am also an MLS Participant.

• Will not access, use, or benefit from any WMLS services or products, including but not limited to listing data, comparable sales information, reports, or subscriber-exclusive tools.

• Is not serving as a listing agent for any active listings within WMLS.

• Does not and will not have possession, access to, or control of any WMLS lockboxes.

This certification is submitted as a formal Application for Waiver of WMLS Subscription Fees for the above-named agent, who is not subscribing to WMLS services, and shall remain binding until modified by myself and the agent and accepted by Williamsburg MLS; should the agent be found in violation of this waiver, I, as the Participant, will be subject to any action taken by Williamsburg MLS in accordance with its Rules and Regulations.

I understand the following:

1.My firm is responsible for all currently invoiced quarterly recurring fees for this user.

2.The user’s WMLS service will be terminated on the cancellation date (see below) or the date this form is processed by Association staff, whichever is later.

By typing my name below, I, as the Broker-in-Charge, hereby certify that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and that I accept responsibility for compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and requirements.
