Instructions

Please follow the steps below to ensure prompt processing of your application:

Confirm Eligibility
Applicants must hold an active Virginia real estate license or be otherwise approved under WMLS Rules and Regulations. Firms must have an approved Participant (Broker-in-Charge).

Submit the Correct Application
Complete the form appropriate to your role (Participant, Subscriber, Office, Administrative User, or Waiver).

Include Required Documentation
Provide supporting materials as applicable:
- Letter of Good Standing
- Copy of Picture ID
- Brokerage Affiliation Form
- Copy of Real Estate License

Pay Required Fees
Submit application fees and prorated quarterly fees with your application. Recurring fees begin upon activation.

Complete Required Training
All new users must complete 3.5 hours of WMLS training within 60 days of receiving access or services will be suspended.

Review & Compliance
All users must comply with WMLS Rules and Regulations

Williamsburg MLS
The Participant (Broker-in-Charge) assumes full responsibility for the firm’s participation in the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS), including oversight of MLS access, data security, and compliance with all governing rules and regulations.

SentriLock
SentriLock provides secure electronic lockbox and access management services for real estate professionals. Services include the ability to access properties using authorized credentials, manage lockbox assignments, track property access activity, and maintain detailed showing records. Use of SentriLock services is subject to SentriLock terms and conditions and all applicable MLS and association policies.

WMLS OFFICE $300.00 One-Time Fee

A real estate firm whose Broker-in-Charge is an approved Participant of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS). The office’s participation in WMLS is contingent upon the active status of its designated Participant (Broker-in-Charge)

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $25 - $183 Quarterly)

Unlicensed/licensed assistants must be employed by the brokerage or be employed by a participating broker, a subscriber, or a group of participating brokers and/or subscribers to the MLS. Unlicensed/licensed assistants may only access the MLS database and public records tax database provided for the purpose of assisting a Participating Broker or Subscriber.

NOTE: This form is intended to be filled out by the Managing or Principal Broker to request administrative or super user access for an admin assistant to the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Access is provided to licensed real estate professionals or otherwise approved individuals in accordance with WMLS Rules and Regulations. Subscribers must comply with all MLS policies, including data use, security, and confidentiality requirements.
NOTE: Your Designated REALTOR® (Broker-In-Charge) is required to be a WMLS Participant.
