New Member Orientation

Welcome to the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTOR®. We’re excited to have you join us for New Member Orientation.

Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for sign in and seating so the class can begin promptly.

This mandatory orientation must be completed within 90 days of joining WAAR to maintain membership and compliance.

You will be introduced to the National, State, and local REALTOR® associations and learn about the benefits available through each.

During the program, you will complete two required post licensing courses that provide a strong foundation in ethical practice, Fair Housing laws, client service, and protecting the public while upholding professional standards. This training qualifies for 3-hour Ethics and 2-hour Fair Housing credit for PL/CE and satisfies NAR Triennial education requirements.

Please confirm your participation or request a reschedule in advance, provided it falls within your 90-day window. A $35 no show fee will be assessed if cancellation is not received before the course date.
